Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

Here are some commonly asked questions: 

What do I do when I arrive in Park City? How do I check in ? 
We always try to welcome you to our properties to ensure easy check in and to help you with any questions you may have. In some cases with larger, more complicated homes, this is imperative and in other cases, we encourage you to do a self -check in, in particular if you may arrive after hours, or your group does not arrive all together. In either event of a greeted check in or self-checkin, we provide you with keybox codes and entry information in advance so you can enter to our well prepared, well lit homes upon arrival.

What are the refund/deposit policies?
All bookings require 50% down of the total balance to reserve a property.(The total balance includes nightly rate, sales tax, checkout cleaning and security damage deposit).
 
The remaining 50% balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. You are responsible for making payment for remaining balances. All monies are non-refundable within 60 days prior to arrival. There are NO exceptions to this rule ! Please make sure you make arrangements such as purchasing travel insurance if you are concerned about our policy. We can assist you in purchasing travel insurance if you are in need.

How can you help me plan the rest of my trip and make transportation arrangements? 
We have transportation partners, grocery delivery providers, ski tickets at bulk prices, restaurant reservations, holiday decor,  and many other resources available to you that will ensure a smooth transition to Park City ! Ask about all of our partners in town and how you can save money and have us coordinate pre-arrival services for you !

What are the security deposit terms? 
Security Deposits are damage deposits that are refundable to you upon departure, provided no damage has been done to the property. They differ from property to property in their increment, and are in place to ensure we protect the value of the homes we rent to our guests. We do a thorough inspection of the property upon departure of our guests and release funds back to you within 7-10 business days. If there is any damage in the home, we will issue a statement that coorresponds with your refund, if any, to reflect what monies were held and what the estimates for repair were. We very rarely have any problems with guests and good communication with us throughout your trip is a great way to ensure proper use of the home ! 

What time must I check in and check out? Are there any exceptions? 
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. We generally do not offer exceptions to this policy, but are happy to accomodate you if we do not have any additional guests do to arrive or due to leave, near to your reservation. Please plan to abide by our check in/out policies and check with us right before your arrival if you have questions about deviating from our policy. 

Do you charge administrative fees for payment ? What forms of payment do you take? 
Cash, Wire Transfer, Check  and Credit Card are all acceptable methods of payment to Luxury Rentals in Park City LLC. A 3% administrative fee is charged on all reservations, however we are willing to waive the administrative fee if you choose a payment method such as cash or check. 
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as our major credit cards. We also are happy to coordinate with our international guests who have special needs.
